Persuasive Online Copywriting by Bryan Eisenberg & Jeffrey Eisenberg: This is a well written book for anyone  who wants to grasp  the basics of writing for the web. The book has two parts: Persuasive Online Copywriting (around 90 pages) and Understanding Online Conversion (around 50 pages).

 

Confessions of a website Copywriter:: is a highly acclaimed ebook by Australia’s successful copywriter Lenny Eng . It shows you how to write proven sales copy for the Internet, from copywriting to web design and testing. Though I was skeptical about it initially, a recommendation of the book by Michael Fortin on his blog dispelled any doubts. The ebook also has testimonials by Joe Vitale , himself a renowned copywriter.

 

Web Copy that Sells by Maria Veloso is another good book. It has some NLP (Neuro linguistic programming ) principles that you can use in your copywriting. A good point which the book makes is that people don’t come online to read a sales pitch, they come to read information for their problems.
